Pursuit Of Happiness Declared Illegal

No, this is not a joke. In the Preamble of the United States Declaration of Independence American's are guaranteed certain unalienable RIGHTS:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

This is in conflict with the United Nation's Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 3:

Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

Missing: The pursuit of happiness.

The UN enjoys practically total support from Democrats, and "Progressives" have stolen the Democrat party and for years now, embrace the replacement of US law for UN law.

From pouring American's hard earned tax money to pet nations and global (BS) causes this party has NO intent of protecting America, nor protecting the American economy, nor protecting the pursuit of happiness our founding fathers promised.

As Government gets bigger and Democrats move American citizens into this growing fascist state expect pursuit of happiness to be replaced with the pursuit of survival.

Fascism will continue to erode everything from freedom of speech to your right to make a buck. Once you make a buck give it to the fascist Democrats. Their fascist empire will tell you what you can say, who can say what, who can go to this school or not, etc.

Have you even wondered why Senator Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., the self-proclaimed uniter of America, is unable to unite his own party? One thing about Senator Hillary Clinton is she's not giving up and has proven when things are a little tough she hangs in there and fights. Gee - while some (not me) American's were still buying American cars thinking it was patriotic or something we have another American automaker dumping the union scene to remain profitable. Chrysler will outsource their seating systems for the Jeep Wrangler to Krishna-Maruti (KML) in South Asia:

The project is part of Chrysler's plans to source more from low-cost countries like India and China. The seating systems - an order worth $100 million - would be fitted in 1,20,000 vehicles per annum.

Once Obama or Clinton get into office expect more power to be given to unions - and more companies fleeing to outsourcing. In reality the union bosses don't care about you - just your monthly dues, and you better pay up or else!

Pissed At Pump Prices?

The AP article of 1 hour ago reads Pump prices rise to new high as oil stalls:

Americans are now paying an average of $3.79 for a gallon of regular gas, according to a survey by AAA and the Oil Price Information Service. Diesel, used to transport a wide range of goods, now costs $4.52 a gallon.

With oil (short) futures over $126 / barrel I find out about one of many huge oil deposits on American turf located in Colorado's Denver-Julesburg basin. A small private oil company recently drilled here, found good supply of medium-grade crude, but was forced to shut down their well because of a lack of a pipeline to get the crude to the market. "We can sell for $30/barrel". The local Democrat-controlled government has no interest in helping to supply a pipeline.

Then there are the huge oil shale deposits in Colorado - on the order of 1.5 TRILLION BARRELS! Shell oil wants to extract this source but it also lays in federal lands, and in December of 2007 the Democrat-controlled Congress took steps to make sure Americans would pay high prices forever. Yep - the Democrat-controlled Congress passed a measure that prohibits spending to establish any program to lease oil shale deposits on federal land. In other words, the Democrats kept money from leases flowing into the general fund and they made sure oil imports continue.

Then there's the well-known offshore oilfields - also huge - but 85% of the U.S. coastline is off limits to drilling by Democrat congressional decree.

If you believe in an oil crisis then get the facts and realize any crisis is the result of BIG GOVERNMENT manipulation and regulations - and it is from (mostly) the Democrats.

Think BIG GOVERNMENT is bad? You ain't seen noth'n yet!

The past few days I had to attend to some private business - 6 flight segments, 2 coach and 4 first class (the longer segments of 2 - 4+ hours). One takes me through LAX (Los Angeles International) and it was as if I landed in some sleazy city in Mexico. Spanish signs all around, announcements in English and Spanish, the floors splattered with trash, people throwing their cups and papers and used food items under chairs, the restroom gross, fat-thigh pregnant Hispanic girls shoving hamburgers into an already filled fat mouth with 6+ of their bambinos rolling around on the trashy floor - obviously all signs of HI (Hispanic Infestation) and the failure of America to retain control.

What's sort of ironic is all of this crap was in the American Airlines terminal!!!

I was glad my next segment was less than an hour away from boarding. All other airports were clean, English only, sanitized bathrooms, etc.

$8+ / Gallon Oil Within 18 Months

I'm expecting the pump price for oil to be at least $8 or even more per gallon within the next 18 months - providing more Democrats get into Congress. Who gets elected President won't matter much since all three are liberals and the Office of the President does not control any budgetary or legislative issues.

Since Democrats have had control of the majority of Congress the pump price has risen over 33%. It would be more but enough Republicans have stopped their insanity - at least for now.

I find it almost funny how ignorant people think oil companies are the enemy. Let's see - they are the ones that buy the oil and they are the ones that refine the crude and they are the ones that distribute the gas you crave for your SUVs, your gas lawn mowers, your gas powered blowers, your boats, and all those other gas-thirsty devices.

The same ignorant people are all revved up ready to vote for Democrats that claim "I will take on the big oil companies". The same ignorant people think the profits of oil companies are sitting in some bloated corporate bank account somewhere - too funny. If only these ignorant fools would take a few business courses - learn about corporate structure and who really owns the oil companies. The stock holders, which include investment firms that probably are building your retirement account - just to name one.

I'm hoping gas soars once the ignorant elect more Democrats into Congress, and I have all the confidence in the world Democrats will make it happen. It seems like the only way for ignorant people to learn the reality of the Progressive's policies is in their own pocketbook. Progressives will try and divert attention to the damage they are doing to the economy with worthless lies - my fav being how Dick Cheney is controlling the oil companies, etc. Too funny.

Congress makes laws. Congress passes the budget. Congress can investigate. Congress adds burdens upon business. Congress drives companies overseas. Congress is screwing America's economy over royally - and the ignorant idiots want this to continue. Ah, but that is why they are ignorant.

NO To Nipples, Cleavage OK

In what sounds like future Sharia law for the U.S. military a tiny few righteous representatives have introduced legislation - HR 5821 - to ban certain men's magazines on U.S. military bases around the world.

The righteous few, sort of like Islamic clerics, have deemed such material has been responsible for increases in sexual assaults and "other problems".

Among the definitions of what is banned:

The term `lascivious' means lewd or indecent and intended, designed, or given to elicit a sexual response.

Yet:

does not include the exposure of the cleavage of the female breast exhibited by a dress, blouse, bathing suit, or other apparel.

So somewhere in Washington D.C. will be a couple of the super-righteous cleric-types that will strip (pun not intended) the freedom of choice from the very people that fight for freedom. Wow.

I have a better idea to solve sexual assaults and those "other problems":

• Let's stop forcing our freedom fighters to put their lives and limbs on the line for Islamic countries where true freedom can never exist

Just Another Marketing Scam

In one of Senator Barack Obama's latest puffs he says:

One voice can change a room, and if one voice can change a room it can change a city. If it can change a city, it can change a state. If it can change a state it can change a nation. And, if it can change a nation it can change the world.

The problem is Senator Obama hasn't used his puffy words in his own life. From the time Senator Obama was first sworn in as a US Senator in January 2005 he's done absolutely nothing worth noting. He has failed to change a room (Senate), he failed to change a city (Congress), he failed to change a state (Washington politics), he failed to change a nation (USA), and he failed to change the world.

Mr. Obama spins a good fairy tale, but his very short political career has proven when he is given a chance he does nothing - other than to provide more handouts, promote unions, and give away other people's money.

In other words, Senator Obama is not an asset to America, he is a liability.

There's Beauty In Death

William Earl Lynd shot his live-in girlfriend, Ginger Moore, in 1988 while the two were high on Valium, marijuana and alcohol. Lynd shot Moore in the face, then shot her again when she crawled from the house to the porch.
He loaded her body into the trunk of her car and then, after hearing a noise from the trunk, shot her a third time. After burying her, he drove to Ohio, where he shot and killed another woman.
A medical examiner had testified that Moore was alive when Lynd put her in the trunk.

William Earl Lynd was executed last night at 7:51 p.m. - never to threaten another person; never to kill another person - gone - dead - forever. No chance for parole, no worry about escape. You're dead you murdering scumbag.

In this I see one less scumbag in the world and the world just a tiny bit more beautiful.

Secret Backroom Agreement EXPOSED!

Secret meetings, secret deals. Flowery talk on the surface, crooked deals and corruption behind closed doors, backroom promises in exchange for money and support, mob deals, etc. Is there no limits to what a corrupt Senator will stoop to?

I never trusted the guy - Barack Obama. I've posted about his shady business dealings in the past, his lack of character, his ties with the mob, and his very tight ties with the big union bosses.

I even detailed the legal problems of various crime bosses - the first 5 weeks of 2008. There are many more since then. Typical mob crimes - embezzling, bank fraud, false statement and representation, theft, forgery, mail fraud, falsifying union records, racketeering, filing false union reports, grand larceny, etc.

I made the claim that these were the type of people and crimes Senator Obama feels at home with. Now today, in the WSJ article Obama Says Teamsters Need Less Oversight, my stance has (again) been proven true.

The Teamsters - headed up by James P. Hoffa, son of Jimmy Hoffa has endorsed Senator Obama earlier this year. Turns out boss Hoffa had a private talk with the corrupt Senator about what he is expected to do in exchange for the Teamster union pumping millions into his election bid for president.

So Obama gets their money and the unions get the promise that Obama will support ending the strict federal oversight - imposed on unions to root out corruption and monitor for mob activities.

Don't expect Senator Obama to come clean with all the other secret back room promises to other organizations. From protecting unions to promoting a return to the racist past this guy is trouble - with a capital T.

Hispanic Females: CLOSE YOUR LEGS!

Yesterday, the same day thousands marched to support illegal aliens in the USA, I received an email from the WSJ. The title: Surge in U.S. Hispanic Population Driven by Births, Not Immigration.

So what has now been documented is a bunch of Hispanic females are just spreading the legs and getting pregnant with millions of future social-dependent bambinos. Great. More burden to cities and states to support this infestation of non-domestic entities. Great - like collectively our nation already waste BILLIONS of our dollars on these freeloaders.

Will it ever stop? Why don't the people running the show (use to be the citizens) stop calling these illegal bambinos "American" if the mother is illegally here?

One reason might be this surging population represents votes - and politicians will do anything for votes. From a China article yesterday:

Illegals cost Americans more than taxes: social costs are growing, emergency room waits getting longer, more graffiti in towns where there use to be none, cities reducing the size of their law enforcement because so much goes to supporting this growing liability, illegal drug use is increasing, illegal aliens continue to be hired over legal workers, horrendous medical costs (ask illegal Puente that got 2 liver transplants at an average cost of $520,000 each), and so much more.

May Day - Day of Remembrance

A day that is also International Workers' Day, aka socialist day, aka labor union day. Communist and anarchist organizations and their affiliated unions universally conduct street marches as well. Being socialists they don't believe in borders, so these rabid angry people will protest for illegal aliens to be free to suck our resources.

To me this is a day to remember all the millions of union workers that throughout the decades have lost their jobs because their unions have forced companies into bankruptcy. The story is always the same - a few of these malcontents get into a company and attempt to get other employees to join their union. If they are successful that company will eventually be doomed. They will be forced to raise prices on their products or services and before long, they will be unable to compete.

Some companies can get momentary relief from these strong-arm unions by outsourcing to other countries. When they do so then Americans lose their jobs - again, thanks to the unions.

Currently if employees go on strike against a company the company can hire replacement workers that are not unionized. The company wishes to survive and this is done for the sake of survival as well as for the non-striking workers jobs. In my mind if employees are unhappy at their job they should simply quit and go to another company that will give them what they think they deserve.

Unions are also the prime reason the public school system in America is horrible. They always complain they don't have enough money, yet when they are given more money the trend of declining skilled students continues into the dark abyss.

Senator Barack Obama has already gone on record and wants to have a law where companies will be unable to hire replacement workers when a strike is declared. Unions have spent millions on Senator Obama's election campaign and they expect some radical pro-union actions from their puppet.

In this situation I would advise businesses to make a fast dash from being an American company to establishing their charter in a country friendly and free for business.

Are You Better Off Now Than 1.5 Years Ago?

So how about it - are you better off since Democrats took control of Congress? It was a Democrat Congress that extended America's debt ceiling to well over a TRILLION DOLLARS! On top of that a bill (S.2433) sponsored by Democrat Barack Obama - wanna-be president - will force American taxpayers into deeper debt - on the order of $845 BILLION - his Global Poverty Act will help push America into poverty!

Are you better off now than you were before the Democrats took control of Congress?

Ask yourself that question especially when you get gas - now over $1.15 higher - almost $4 / gallon - since Democrats took control - and it will get worse as long as they remain in control, and Democrats like John Dingell (MI) wants to add 50 cents more PER GALLON as an incentive to fill up less and reduce pollution.

Ask yourself that question if you're unemployed - since Democrats took control the ranks of the unemployed are growing - up over 10% since Democrats took control. Democrats are increasingly making the USA a bad place for a company to do business with increasing interference into the business policies, forced mandates, forcing pro-union laws, forcing wage increases, and basically forcing American business out of the country, forcing them to lay off workers to remain profitable, or into bankruptcy. The latest? Four airlines bankrupt and GM to lay off 3,550.

Ask yourself that question if you've seen your home equity decline - before the Democrats took control Americans enjoyed historic highs in their home equity, now at the lowest point in over 60 years.

Ask yourself that question if you are one of the growing home owners facing foreclosure - now more than doubled from the beginning of the Democrat take over of Congress.

Ask yourself that question if you live in a Democrat controlled city / state and they tell you they have to cut jobs in law enforcement, release prisoners, cut vital services - yet they don't cut their handout programs to the illegal aliens. Want to blame the billions going to the Iraq war? Across the country:

Bad News For Progressives

With Progressives scavenging for voters anywhere they can (illegals, dead people, felons, etc.) and promoting "same-day" (and even online) registration of unverified individuals the US Supreme Court has ruled today that states CAN require voters to product photo identification without violating the voter's constitutional rights.

Gee - how novel - making sure a vote comes from a legal voter and voting just 1 time!

Many Democratic liberals, along with their fringe "civil rights" groups, hate this concept for obvious reasons. Attempts to derail voter-vote validation by claiming minority voters would be deterred from voting failed. Gee - think their argument was just a lie anyway? Uh - yeah.

The real test is whether states with Progressive politicians will make use of photo ID or not. I feel sorry for the citizens of a state over-run with Progressive politicians; it's always the legal citizens that suffer and pay the consequences for the actions of a handful of these scummy Progressives.

The Hate In Hate Crimes

I'm on record that the concept of "hate crimes" is unconstitutional and based on inequitable racism and bigotry. It is a concept where the Federal Government (Gestapo) defines what "hate" is, what races, religions, and sexual orientations are to be tried in such "crimes", and what races, religions, and sexual orientations should not. Simply check out any so-called "hate crime" and reverse the player's sex or race or religion and it's easy to discover America no longer promotes equality.

A most recent example is Jeremiah Munsen - plead guilty yesterday to a misdemeanor federal hate crime. Mr. Munsen is white and the Gestapo says if you are white and hold a hangman's noose near blacks then the State finds you guilty of "hate". So much for freedom of speech and freedom of expression. If you check out the story this fool should have been guilty of drunken driving, blocking traffic, and some other stupidities.

Mr. Munsen was protesting in a non-violent manner the "civil rights" marchers that came out to support the black teenagers charged with choosing a white teen and beating the shit out of him.

The so-called "Jena Six" were not charged with a "hate crime" because it's ok for blacks to attack and assault and brutalize white people - that's not considered a hate crime (must have been a love crime?), yet dangling loops of electrical extension cord and committing no act of violence IS a hate crime.

If the "Jena Six" (such a cute name for a violent crime huh) were white teens that brutally attacked a black teen do you think they would have been charged by the Gestapo with a hate crime? Most definitely!

If the "Jena Six" were white teens and Mr. Munsen was a black protester do you think the Gestapo would have charged him with a "hate crime". Not on you life!

Progressives (liberals) have twisted America into a racist and bigoted country where the concept of equal rights has been replaced with perverted "civil rights" - "rights" and protections for those the Gestapo grants, no rights or protections for others.

Human Leeches

Sunday the local liberal rag, the Register Guard, had a small article titled County finds medical coverage for suspect. The newspaper seemed to print this article as if it were relieved that expensive medical care was finally found for a prisoner in the Yamhill County jail.

As you might have guessed, this prisoner is an illegal alien - Gustavo Rogelio Mercado-Murillo. This illegal alien is a sex crime criminal. The article didn't give information about the criminal charges but detailed the concern this scumbag criminal would have his expensive $6,000 + per week kidney dialysis covered.

So let's see what this Mexican leech is costing Oregonians:

• Medical care: $300,000 per year
  
  
• Basic prisoner cost: $24,665
  

Total for this 1 illegal alien Mexican leach per year: $324,665. There are somewhere between 15-20+ millions leeches in the USA!

There are hundreds if not thousands just in the Oregon prison system, and thousands more (thanks to uncaring fools like Governor Ted Kulongoski and Eugene Mayor Kitty Piercy - and they keep telling us they need more taxes.

That's money from working Oregonians. That's a cell that should be occupied by a legal resident, not a free care center for some illegal Mexican sex pervert.

In the meantime jails throughout Oregon are forced to release prisoners because of lack of funds. There are hundreds, if not thousands, illegal alien leeching criminals in Oregon.

Oregonians don't need more taxes, we need laws enforced and the illegal scum and their illegal families OUT of our state. The Eugene - Springfield area has a growing Latino population - gee, wonder why? Because a handful of liberal idiots are giving them a free pass, free handouts (like Food for Lane County), and totally ignore their legal status. As this happens, 99.5% of the legal people are forced to pay - and suffer.
