- South Africa - $574 MILLION - most to "fight" TB and HIV/AIDS. Same applies here as for Kenya - STOP THE INSANITY
- Mexico - $551 MILLION - WTF? Mexico should be paying tribute to the USA for absorbing all their scum that flows illegally across our boarder. Millions are allocated against terrorism and to fight WMDs - WTF! Mexico is a primary pipeline for terrorists, WMDs, drugs, and scum into the USA - and the politicians in America is giving them over half BILLION bucks each year? STUPID!
It will get far worse with Mr. Africa in the White House - heck, Barack Obamao is already planning to pump at least $2 BILLION into government controlled schools in other countries!
