    Stay On Your Side!

Last week fellow blogger nonpcpundit sent me a link to a Canadian news article - also published last week. I like Canada and for visitors you really can't tell that much difference between there and the USA - until you buy something and pay all those taxes or just higher prices - especially for gas - and I visit there no less than once a year (Canadian relatives there). I suppose if you're the type to want handouts, not being a productive member of society, and have that lazy gene then you'd probably think you'd be better off in Canada. They do have more social programs and to you it might appear all "free". If you are in that category did you know that Canadians look on you like many Americans look upon Mexicans flooding across our southern boarder?

Speaking of boarders I am upset that the FY06 budget falls way short on immigration enforcement. It does seem like a contradiction - fighting terrorists yet leaving our back door unlocked. Sort of like fighting auto theft yet leaving your keys in your unlocked car and parking it in Los Angeles. Duh! Last week the directors of the CIA and FBI are warning our leaders of this extreme threat.

Just in California the illegal alien population is supported by an average of $1,183 per native-born resident. Their numbers are so strong they even have representation! Absurd. Somewhere someone came up with the idea of handing the cost of illegal aliens to the country of origin. In the case of California just hand the Mexican government an annual bill for $9 billion. Well, since the Mexican government has openly encouraged their citizens to illegally enter the USA (and even published how) they most certainly should be held responsible, don't you think?

Yeah, a lot of Americans are lazy, but when you have a lazy president who hasn't earned anything his whole life. . .

Hand everybody an Ivy League education, hand everybody a pro baseball team, hand everybody a free ride in the national guard, hand everybody a free oil company, then everybody could be as lazy as W.
