2008 - A Year Of Stupidity - 13 Days Left

Along with Stalin, Hitler, Khrushchev, and other radical socialists Barack Obama would fit into the Time annual joke. What confuses more people than not is if you look through the list of people and groups that have been on this front cover - Barack Obama alone stands out - for doing abso-fucka-lutely nothing!

Since he has done nothing - no accomplishments - I assume he made this cover because he's a master magician. Really, just look at some of his amazing magic:

• Obama managed to immerse himself with over 20 years of a black racist hate monger - "Rev." Jeremiah Wright - yet didn't know the teachings of this anti-American racist! Abso-fucka-lutely MAGIC!
  
• Obama is hailed as America's first black president - yet he's half white! Abso-fucka-lutely MAGIC!
  
• Obama has promised Change Change Change yet he is simply resurrecting members of the old Clinton administration and a bunch of attorneys into positions of power. Abso-fucka-lutely MAGIC!
  
• Obama, as president, has promised almost a TRILLION $ to "restore" the financial situation caused by his Liberals in Congress - yet our country has no money! Abso-fucka-lutely MAGIC!
  
• Obama served on the Wood's Fund board alongside domestic terrorist William Ayers - yet Obama says he doesn't really know Ayers. Abso-fucka-lutely MAGIC!
  
• Obama was able to hypnotize former General Powell with his 1/2 blackness into endorsing him - with no military experience - to be commander in chief. Abso-fucka-lutely MAGIC!
• Obama was able to become the next president based solely on appearance, poise, and verbage - and without substance or experience! Abso-fucka-lutely MAGIC!
• Obama has been able to unify more Liberals at one time with the goal of the destruction of the free market, nationalizing homosexuality, killing babies, stripping everything Christian, promoting Islam, etc. Abso-fucka-lutely MAGIC!
• Obama, without doing anything and absolutely nothing to his credit, has mass hyptnotized the most ignorant in the world into naming mountains, schools, children, etc. after him. Abso-fucka-lutely MAGIC!

So yeah - as a master magician - he deserves to be on Time's cover.

2008 - A Year Of Stupidity - 14 Days Left

Seems like 2008 has been the year of the SEIU. From the most recent involvement with the corruption of the Illinois Democrat Political Machine (including Barack Obama) to their desperate attempt to unionize employees at McDonald's - the SEIU has only once agenda - conquest of our Nation by controlling our politicians.

In controlling the politicians they control the workplace - forcing workers into NO CHOICE employment. It will be if you want a job you must join the union or you don't work.

The discovery of the SEIU persuasion tactics and the corruption of IL Democrat Gov. Blagojevich shouldn't surprise anyone. This link between Democrats (and liberal RINOs) and unions is well known and documented, especially with the mega-millions that flow from the unions into the Democrat party and Democrat PAC organizations.

Another recent example of a corrupt Governor is Democrat Janet Napolitano. As of yesterday this union bitch was prepared to sign an executive order forcing 25,500 state employees to choose a union rep. to have a seat at the table with state officials during all personnel issues - a huge victory for union bosses. (This union bitch will be your Secretary of the DHS - selected by the big union bitch boy himself - Barack Obama. They both have 1 thing in common - devotion to their union bosses)

WOW - with the stroke of a pen from 1 union puppet millions of tax payers will be forced to accommodate the union wish. I'm not surprised - it's happened before and will continue to happen. Just wait until that grand union bitch boy is sworn in - his executive order pen will be flying in favor of all the unions that bankrolled his campaign.

The SEIU as well as ALL unions are desperate to grow their ranks. Another recent case was the harassment of hospital nurses by the union. The article also details some of the SEIU's other recent actions:

• Federal investigations of election rigging at SEIU locals in Las Vegas and Los Angeles. The Las Vegas investigation resulted in preliminary findings by the Department of Labor that included illegal use of SEIU funds to help elect a slate favorable to SEIU International at the expense of local activists promoting greater union democracy

The Land Of Sau

It was the dark days of in the land of Sau. The Brailles had slowly changed the landscape of the land - making the sky darker and darker, and the people of Sau were in distress and became fearful.

It became clear the people were distressed and the Brailles also feared the people might come to realize the truth of their evil deeds. Will You Be A Looooooooooser?

Gotta love the markets. I know big government is royally screwing the markets, Liberals are trying to point fingers and blame Bush, while hiding the fact that none of this took place until Democrats brought their big change to America when the took control of Congress almost 2 years ago.

Actually it started even before that when mainly liberals demanded states pay for schooling and medical for illegal aliens that didn't contribute into the pot. Add in their forced acceptance of bad loans to bad credit risks and --- POP! DUH - like how many of us were warning of this? I'd say, in addition to Gov. Palin, millions.

So I bought several thousand shares of Freddie Mac (FRE) when it took a dive under 40 cents/share. Earlier this year it had a high of $64. Why? I'm beginning to learn the liberal mindset. Freddie Mac is a liberal concoction to spur bad mortgages by people that couldn't afford them. You know the kind that Barack Obama tried to force down the throat of Citibank as a radical extremist lawyer. Barack Obama basically used extortion and claimed Citibank was racist because they didn't give loans to people that were horrible credit risks. Ref: Buycks-Roberson v. Citibank Fed. Sav. Anyway, I sold all of FRE last week and made thousands of $$$ - more than quadrupling my original investment. Way cool - and in just a couple of days. How did I know it would go up? Because their were too many (predominately) Liberal politicians that were neck deep in FRE and I reasoned they would pump it up. I was right.

I'm learning that to stay ahead in the game I need to think more like a liberal, to predict what stupid things they will do, then profit from them.

I bought lots of other stock today - thanks big government!

NOTE: I'm not rich but if we were under the reign of Barack Obama I would be forced to pay tribute in the amount of 35% of my capital gains. Barack Obama's policy of hate towards those that are successful by investing will kill millions of small time investors like myself.

If you watch the honorable Senator John McCain and ultra-leftist Senator Barack Obama debate tonight, expect the following major differences:

Ultra-leftist Senator Barack Obama - more power to the government:

• Government must GO and save the American people
• Government must GO and bail out select corporation
• Government must GO and give "loans" to the ultra-unionized American auto industry
• Government must GO and print money out of thin air and give it away
• Government must GO and dilute the value of the American dollar
• Government must GO and get bigger, we need more committees and studies (and I got lots of buddies I promised jobs to)
  

The honorable Senator John McCain - more power and freedom to the citizens:

• Government must STOP controlling and manipulating the financial system of America
• Government must STOP out of control spending of tax payer's money and live within our means
• Government must STOP guaranteeing bad debt and bad loans
• Government must STOP controlling the market and return to a free market system
• Government must STOP the Federal Reserve's power to bail out companies of their choosing at our expense
  

You will hear Barack Obama desperately try and demonize Senator McCain with phrases like "he is just like George Bush", "4 more years of the same", "he voted with George Bush", etc. He will take this route because he doesn't want to address the future issues and will, like all liberals, try and motivate with fear.

You won't hear him tell how Senator McCain works across party lines and he never has.

You will hear sad stories from Barack Obama about high food costs and how American's are suffering with fuel costs.

You won't hear Barck Obama disclose it's because of his liberal party's ban of obtaining domestic oil and forcing grain into fuel programs.

You will hear sad stories from Barack Obama of foreclosures and people lossing their homes.

You won't hear Barack Obama talk about his liberal party's push to provide homes for people with bad credit, no jobs, and even illegal aliens - all with a promise of payback from big government - your pocketbook and mine, nor their vote against stronger controls over Mac and Mae back in 2005.

You will hear Barack Obama forcefully call for "change" - but change is exactly what you will be left with in your pocket after he gets into office. More government controls than ever before, forced unionization for any company that expects to do business with his big government, and rights? Kiss those good-bye.

The Great Liberal Failure

Let's just be blunt - the Liberal program to distribute home ownership to those that couldn't afford it while backing those bad loans with the tax payer's money has failed.

Their socialist experiment was simply one of their wealth distribution schemes - the type that Barack Obama strongly supports. It has fallen flat on it's face and into the wallets of the middle class of Americans.

Then we have 2-faced politicians like Barack Obama pretending he was against this housing for the disenfranchised scheme and blaming it on the Bush Administration, while all along he directly benefited from this scam as well as all the other lawyers and hoodlums in DC.

Barack Obama's "Change for America" will mean much more of this wealth distribution using the fist of BIG GOVERNMENT to shove it up the ass of America as a whole.

This proposed bailout is nothing more than an attempt to salvage the investments the hoodlums in DC have lost, and does absolutely nothing for America as a country (except to accelerate our ruin) nor the American people (except to the eventual massive tax increases).

Corporate welfare - plain and simple. $700 BILLION? That's just the start and don't think it won't grow because it will. How are these hoodlums going to pass this absurd fat-cat bail out? Use the good old FEAR FACTOR - it's worked in the past and can work again.

Of Barack Obama + The Disenfranchised

Obama has more experience in the government-caused financial problems because he is part of the problem. As an attorney Barack Obama knows how to juggle and manipulate to achieve - NOT the country's objectives - but his own.

In 2005, then interim-director of Fannie Mae Daniel Mudd gave a speech before the Congressional Black Causcus, of which Barack Obama was a member of and present at the speech.

Mudd referred to the CBC as "family." Turns out, ONE of the "family" was on the payroll - namely Democrat< Barack Obama. Democrat< Barack Obama was SECOND in receiving political donations from Fannie Mae. Number 1 was Democrat Chris Dodd and number 3 was Democrat John Kerry.

No wonder the Democrats BLOCKED oversight legislation targeting both Fannie Mae AND Freddie Mac.

(2003) "These two entities -- Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac -- are not facing any kind of financial crisis... The more people exaggerate these problems, the more pressure there is on these companies, the less we will see in terms of affordable housing."

Representative Barney Frank of Massachusetts, the ranking Democrat on the Financial Services Committee, Representative Melvin L. Watt, Democrat of North Carolina, agreed.

"I don't see much other than a shell game going on here, moving something from one agency to another and in the process weakening the bargaining power of poorer families and their ability to get affordable housing" - Democrat Melvin Watt.

Obama has long relations with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae executives, and he has financially benefited from both of these companies.

One of his friends, CEO of Fannie Mae, got a pay raise of 7% in 2007 - to $13.4 MILLION - while the company lost money and the country started to suffer the "housing crisis".

Both of these companies were giving loans of the type Obama supports - home loans for megabuck to the "disenfranchised" that had bad credit, no jobs or weak jobs, and were just plain credit risks.

Obama's insurance policy (and these two companies)? All of the bad risk loans were guaranteed by the taxpayers.

So while a nation hurts Obama and his CEO buddies are sitt'n rather calm and happy (and richer).

Susceptible To Brainwashing

When a cult entices young children into their group a common practice to break the trust factor between child and parent is to saturate (repeat) the young mind with a negative view of what they have put their trust in - the parent. Often this will take the form of "your mother and father won't allow you to have ---" and before long, the child is convinced "---these people are right, my parents won't allow me to have ---".

Altering a person's values is critical to Socialists (aka, Liberals, aka Progressives). Anyone can take a step back from what is going on in America and get the big view - but it takes a strong mind to see this.

For example, the companies that refine smelly sticky crude oil and provide it in a form for you to easily use are a current target of this brainwashing. Companies that help get to work or play or your gas-powered tools are called your enemy. The brain washers try and manipulate your personal greed for cheaper gas with a faceless company that has a bigger greed for profits. While a little of free enterprise (not fully since Liberal politicians manipulate the oil industry) is taking place the Socialists saturate the population that free enterprise is bad - that you are suffering while "big oil" is getting rich (government is getting rich but they leave that part out). This perception of companies helping you is so warped that Democrats use it in negative campaign ads - so-and-so gave "big oil" tax breaks, etc. Some Democrats have even gone on record that the oil industry should be under Socialist control - even bigger government than we currently have.

Another example is the drug industry. Here you have companies that invest billions to bring drugs that will help people - yet Socialists use the same tactics as they do with the oil industry. Socialists have been saturating the population, manipulating the minds, that the drug industry isn't good - it's evil.

For Socialism to strengthen they must remove the foundation of what made America great - free enterprise, democracy, freedom, and less government. Targeting the few remaining American companies as the enemy is necessary to their goals. Convincing you government control would be better is what makes Socialism what it is. Using the power of government to force companies into mandatory union labor agreements is extremely important and required for Socialism to survive - although America as a economic leader - will die.

The Power Of Fraud

I was too pissed to post about this when I first heard of it - now I've chilled and can share my thoughts on the fraud JIVE of China. I'm rather glad I waited since with the passing of a few days even more fraud and JIVE has been disclosed. From their hosting the Olympic games to the food they send you or your pet to eat - it is all a fraud - JIVE.

First we have the most beautiful little Chinese girl - Yang Peiyi - replaced because the BIG GOVERNMENT declared her to adorable enough - yet she was forced to sing out of view. The Olympic director, Gilbert Felli, didn't have a problem with this since his focus was the illusion of it all - the $$$. Even worse was the fact that NBC also knew - but kept it a secret from the viewers. Wish President Bush had offered little Peiyi political asylum in the USA. Little girl JIVE.

Then, also at the opening ceremony, turns out all those 'Ethnic' children representing China's 56 ethnic groups were all FAKES - JIVE - in fact, were all of the same majority Han Chinese race. Racial JIVE!

How about reports from on-site reporters seeing Chinese police fill up the seats and give the watching world the impression that the event is a huge success. Their reactions are no doubt studied by the authorities on CCTV, with anyone guilty of a lack of enthusiasm in danger of spending the next 10 years on a chain gang. Spectator JIVE.

The Chinese political machine ordering that their smog was really mist - and was to be reported as such or face being expelled - in addition to their BIG GOVERNMENT ordering the shut down of many polluting business in the area until the events are over. Sky JIVE.

Then you have FAKES in the games themselves - with age-gate. The Chinese gymnastics team won gold, helped in part by a tiny gymnast who, according to China's own media, was 13 years old just nine months ago. Amazingly, she is now 16 years old, which just happens to be the minimum age to compete in the Olympics. This astonishing acceleration of aging is, of course, fully denied by Chinese authorities who provided forged passports for the girl to "prove" she was really 16. The IOC apparently has no interest in investigating this apparent fraud. Qualification JIVE.

About five days ago news of $50,000 worth of sex toys missing from the secure police property room of the Houston Police department hit the news. I had to wonder why a couple of union cops would steal so many sex toys. Then it hit me - the biggest union ooze fest was about to take place.

Investment In Barack Obama's JIVE

A person is not born with JIVE - it is a characteristic, a life-style, that is learned and practiced. As with anything the more one learns and practices the better one gets.

Senator Obama has several things in his favor - he's handsome, he's youthful when placed next to older politicians, he's black enough to be trendy, he's good with words, he has a nice smile - and he's all superficial - a deception.

I've asked some people I know that think he should be president to tell me what policies of Obama make them decide he should be president. The usual answer is something like "Oh, he just seems sincere and nice and I think it's time we had a black president". Like I said - totally superficial.

Very impressionable pre-teen Obama:

From Senator Obama's own book Dreams From My Father we are told his childhood mentor up to age 18 was the late communist Frank Marshall Davis, who fled Chicago after the FBI and Congress opened investigations into his "subversive," "un-American activities". Davis plied his impressionable guest with liberal doses of whiskey and advice, including: Never trust the white establishment. Senator Obama's ambition is to turn his father's dream into reality.

Post-college Obama:

Barack Obama embrased Marxist professors and took in socialist conferences "for inspiration". Obama followed in Davis' footsteps, becoming a "community organizer" in Chicago (JIVE for social activist). His boss there was Gerald Kellman, a disciple of the late Saul "The Red" Alinsky, a hard-boiled Chicago socialist who wrote the "Rules for Radicals" and agitated for social revolution in America. Kellman was able to hire young Obama with $25,000 provided by Chicago-based Woods Fund. Obama would later serve on the Woods Fund Board of Directors along with Bill Ayers. For 3 years Obama was unable to achieve much success so he decided that the best way to achieve real change was to use America's own laws, so he entered Harvard Law School. During his schooling he took a trip to Los Angeles to attend a week national training course by the Industrial Areas Foundation - a socialist resource that has global chapters and trains radicals. A couple of books by IAF are Roots for Radicals: Organizing for Power, Action, and Justice and Rules for Radicals.

During all of this Obama reunites with his late father's communist tribe in Kenya - the Luo - during trips to Africa. Barack Hussein Obama Sr., a Harvard-educated economist and Nairobi bureaucrat, had challenged the ruling pro-Western government for not being socialist enough. In an eight-page scholarly paper published in 1965, Problems Facing Our Socialism (pdf link), he argued for eliminating private farming and nationalizing businesses "owned by Asians and Europeans." He also proposed massive taxes on the rich to "redistribute our economic gains to the benefit of all."

Obama Sr. wrote:

Theoretically, there is nothing that can stop the government from taxing 100% of income so long as the people get benefits from the government commensurate with their income which is taxed. I do not see why the government cannot tax those who have more and siphon some of these revenues into savings which can be utilized in investment for future development.

Investment for future development - a phrase that Obama Jr. still uses to justify his big government programs and socialist agenda.

Jeremiah Wright - preacher of a Marxist version of Christianity called "black liberation theology" and supporter of the communists in Cuba, Nicaragua and elsewhere. Obama joined Wright's militant church, pledging allegiance to a system of "black values" that demonizes white "middle classness" and other mainstream pursuits.

Don't be fooled - there are millions in America that already know how to translate Barack Obama's JIVE. These are the people that include, to a large extent, both extremes of the economic scale:

Lower income: No real marketable skills this segment simply wants other people's money and resources. They choose the path of least resistance and choose to do nothing to improve their situation and take responsibility for their own person and families.

Highest income: These people have already made it and are financially secure so their objectives are to advance an ideology they believe in - socialism. In any socialist society there are the elite that control (of which this sector identifies with) then there are the worker bees - that's all the rest of you.

The rest - the majority of Americans - have their heads in the clouds or up their ass and don't even know what is going on, let alone, what is really being pushed by Barack Obama. That's why I'm here to help you in part two of JIVE-to-English class.

As a matter of record Barack Obama has told the NAACP he will push for government contracts to be awarded ONLY to unionize companies. Congratulations to Texas and the US Supreme Court for ignoring International Court demands and executing an illegal alien last night for raping and murdering two girls - both under 18. Understanding Barack Obama's JIVE

First you need to understand what JIVE means. If you check the dictionary there are various meanings. The JIVE associated with Senator Obama is number 8 at Dictionary.com:

8.Slang. insincere, pretentious, or deceptive.

The focus is the word "deceptive". I've tried to explain this to readers in the past but last week I found an article at Investors.com that put my thoughts into something easier to understand. On that I will structure the Obama JIVE -> English explanation.

When President-wanna-be Barack Obama uses the phrase "economic justice" this is JIVE for his promise to punish the successful and redistribute their wealth by government force. Yes class - Obama's "economic justice" is a euphemism for socialism.

When President-wanna-be Barack Obama uses the phrase "restoring fairness to the economy" this is JIVE for his promise to soak the "rich" - a segment of society he fails to understand that includes mom-and-pop businesses filing individual tax returns. Yes class - Obama's "restoring fairness to the economy" is a euphemism for socialism.

When President-wanna-be Barack Obama uses the phrase "investments" - "to make America more competitive" this is JIVE for "wealth transfers". Some examples of his, by his own JIVE, investments:

• "Universal," "guaranteed" health care
• "Free" college tuition
• "Universal national service" (a la Havana)
• "Universal 401(k)s" (in which the government would match contributions made by "low- and moderate-income families")
• "Free" job training (even for criminals)
• "Wage insurance" (to supplement dislocated union workers' old income levels)
• "Free" child care and "universal" preschool
• More subsidized public housing
• A fatter earned income tax credit for "working poor"
• And even a Global Poverty Act that amounts to a Marshall Plan for the Third World, first and foremost Africa.

It's A Mad House!

Every feel like yelling those words of Charlton Heston from Planet of the Apes? It seems like the politicians that are calling the shots and forcing the citizens to comply with their insanity are also getting people to realize this Democrat-controlled Congress is a Mad House!

The news on the bucks front is that Bush will leave with the biggest deficit in history. Anyone that has taken Government 101 will know that the President cannot spend taxpayer money that Congress hasn't voted for - so in reality Bush will leave office with the biggest Pelosi deficit in history.

The Democrat-controlled Congress has gone wild bailing itself out of the failed government programs with BILLIONS of your dollars that were suppose to bring homes to those that couldn't afford them and homes to those with poor repayment histories. This same government forced the private banking sector to be part of their grand scheme of "generosity", now with repercussions of the typical government mismanagement and destruction that always happens when government tries to pretend they know something about business.

Then you have BILLIONS that the Democrat-controlled Congress gave away to millions of people that did - absolutely nothing - to "fix" the economy. Nancy Pelosi and other Democrats want more checks sent out, but the fools know nothing about business nor what makes an economy work. You would think by now this stupid Democrat-controlled Congress would know you can't just throw money at something as if it were magic dust.

Then you have some Democrats that don't even care about real issues and are fueled by their hate of President Bush - like Ohio Congressman Dennis Kucinich - that thinks his dumb impeachment push is more important to Americans than our economy, healthcare, gas prices, employment, and our dependency on foreign oil. On his website he uses a figure of a gas pump to claim the price if they don't impeach is somehow linked to gas prices. Democrats are saying anything and everything to distract from reality.

How about Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi - our country is falling apart economically, parents can barely buy their kids school supplies, gas prices are robbing families of needed money (over 70% of Americans want offshore drilling) - and this BITCH could care less - she's off giggling on a national tour to promote her new book! That is your caring Democrat-controlled Congress.

Democrats love to reminisce of how former "I let terrorists train in America" President Bill Clinton left with a budget surplus - they don't tell you the reason - it was a Republican-controlled Congress that limited Clinton and what he could spend.

The absolute worse economic record-setting debt and mismanagement has taken place in the last 1.5+ years of the Democrat-controlled Congress. They don't care about America - just their special interest fanatics. With all this debt the Democrat-controlled Congress is voting on spending BILLIONS for "international families" and UN projects!

Hynix Closure - Smart Business Move

Oregon Democrat politicians were stunned when Hynix announced they are shutting their plant in Eugene, Oregon. Obviously they don't read my blog because if they did they would have known this closure was inevitable.

On the eve of yet another rise in the Federal minimum wage the Hynix closure means the end of employment for 1,113 workers. Let's drop the emotion and just check some facts -

Semiconductors are in huge demand yet this business sector is extremely competitive and every tiny profit percent can mean life or death. Hynix could have upgraded their only US facility but serious considerations had to be made:

Oregon's Democrat government forces their company to pay a minimum wage higher than the national average, and with a Democrat-controlled Congress this government intervention mandating what unskilled employees must be paid causes businesses to suffer and their profit margins to shrink

Oregon is not a business-friendly state nor is the city of Eugene. Continued forced mandates and a growing big government (even at the local level) intrudes into the business activities that should not be controlled and manipulated by business-ignorant Democrat politicians

Oregon Democrats are money hungry careless fools that have no end to their tax-and-spend frenzy. Hynix was paying $4.47 million in taxes each year - and that was just to the city of Eugene - even more to the State of Oregon. In the local liberal paper Eugene's Liberal Democrat Mayer Kitty Piercy said that they plan to raise taxes on Eugene property owners to make up the tax loss from Hynix. Just like a Democrat - don't change your spending habits - just raise taxes on everyone. Even if you rent your landlord will pass this cost on to you!

I predicted various times in my posts that companies would leave the USA because of growing government interference and Hynix isn't the first and it won't be the last. Those that are American companies will eventually sell to foreign companies that will shift operations out of the USA. As Democrats continue to strip the freedom from companies just listen to that sucking sound grow - jobs and wealth sucked out of America.

In a free society, employers should have the right to hire and fire workers and to pay them wages that are mutually agreed upon, and workers should have the right to freely compete for jobs and, thus, to accept employment at mutually beneficial wage rates.

A worker's minimum acceptable hourly wage, of course, will depend on his or her next best alternative employment opportunity and, hence, on the value of his or her productivity in the marketplace.

Michael Moore's SiCKO (Sorta) Accurate

Michael Moore's ideology as a Progressive won't allow him to really pin down poor medical care in the USA, so I will give a couple of examples.

We've all heard the horrible story and seen the surveillance video of Ms. Esmin Green - a 49 year old woman that dies right before your eyes at the Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. Falling to the floor, helplessly trying to get up, employees watching and walking away. Union security guards look at her on the floor, but hey - it's not in their union job description to care for patients. Another member of the hospital staff sees Ms. Green's body on the floor - but alas, it's not within the union job description - just a sideshow for the night.

Another fat union guard rolls his chair to the waiting area and doesn't even lift his fat union ass off the chair. He knows the woman has been on the floor for some time now - but hey, his union job description is to be a guard.

Then this past May in Los Angeles another woman lay bleeding on the floor of the emergency room of Martin Luther King Jr. Hospital, then died. This hospital has been cited over a dozen times in 3.5 years for inadequate care that has led to patient deaths and injuries.

Then earlier this year MSNBC reported about 19 deaths at a VA facility at just 1 southern Illinois hospital which was traced to substandard care. We've heard the recent horrors of VA hospitals - sick how our vets are treated huh?

Last year the Atlantic Journal Constitution reported of (preventable) deaths at the state mental hospital in Atlanta, Georgia:

An unabated failure to correct dangerous conditions at the state mental hospital in Atlanta has caused preventable deaths, injuries and illnesses for patients, federal investigators have found.

I could go on and on but getting to the common factor in patient abuse and gross lack of care consider the commonality of all of these incidences. I'm not talking about the universal risk of infection that any hospital visit can bring, but preventable deaths and injuries as a direct result of bad care - or no care at all.

All of these - and the huge majority of the ones I've found and didn't list - were all at government facilities. Government operated facilities will never compare to the private sector - never. With few exceptions private sector care is superior because the motivations are totally different.

When government attempts to do anything business-like their motivations are just to provide a service. Their unionized employee's just show up to do their job, no more, often less - no motivation to achieve anything other than log their hours for a check. The government entity exists as a static machine - no risk, no motivation. Their employees are less qualified since their standards are low. They have high waste of resources (taxpayer's money) and low efficiency.

Private enterprise, even non-profit ones, have competitive motivations. They know their bottom line depends of efficiency and quality of care. If they falter they risk losing business to their competition. They often have the latest resources, the best qualified employees, and the lowest waste.

But alas, Progressives don't grasp these concepts and continue to push for growing government, government control of everything, and eventual domination by government.

Really now - if you or a loved one needed care would you prefer a government facility or private?

A Growing Population Of Masochists

Gas continues to go higher as Democrats continue to punish those that can least afford higher prices. It's as if Democrats want to create a "gas crisis" in order to justify their real objectives - of a government-controlled petroleum industry. Government already has a death grip around oil companies with huge taxes, forcing the American companies to buy imported oil, and dictating to companies where they can and cannot harvest oil. Democrats force middle and lower income families to endure growing financial nightmares yet the masochist voter continues to vote Democrats into controlling positions.

Then you have some states that have forced non-oil "bio-fuels" into people's vehicles. These additives come mostly from grain, which means less grain for feeding livestock and for feeding humans. Result of the Democrat's goulash controls and mandates are even more financial burdens for the middle and lower income families to endure at the grocery store, yet the masochist voter continues to vote Democrats into controlling positions.

Then you have cities and states that are realizing lower gas tax revenues because people are filling up less, so you have some Democrat cities and states wanting to come up with even more gas taxes and various fees to keep their governmental glut social programs and illegal alien programs alive. So who pays these additional taxes and fees? You and I do. Democrats continue to force financial nightmares upon the middle and lower class yet the masochist voter continues to vote Democrats into controlling positions.

Then you have Democrats - the liars and deceivers that they are - pretending to care about workers rights, yet they vote against the right of a worker to have a secret ballot when it comes to voting whether or not a workplace should be unionized. No surprise there - Democrats are well known as the puppets of the unions.

Then you have slime like Democrat Senator Christopher Dodd (chairman of the Banking Committee), Democrat Senator Kent Conrad (chairman of the Budget Committee and member of the Finance Committee) along with a couple of former Democrat Cabinet members - all having received preferential treatment from Countrywide Financial. Democrat Dodd received $15,000 from Countrywide for his 2008 campaign. Democrat slime profited while middle and lower income families have to deal with growing financial nightmares, yet the masochist voter continues to vote Democrats into controlling positions.
