    Dumb Dumb Dumb

So this murderer, Carl Roland, has chosen to place himself on an 18-story crane. He's been there a few days and had run (dumbly up a crane) because he murdered his former girlfriend. Alanta police have tried to talk him down - even sending some people up there to try to get him. Police are concerned he might fall asleep and fall, or he might be suicidal.
So can someone please tell me what would be wrong with either of those last two options being played out? LET HIM DROP, PLEASE! Do we really want to play games with another murderer?

Gee, for somebody who seems so wrapped around the US Constitution, you seem to have forgotten the glorious American ideal of innocent until proven guilty!

You've unilaterally turned this genteman from a suspect in a murder investigation into a convicted murderer.

While I will certainly grant that his actions make him look guilty, people flee from the police for a lot of reasons. His reasoning may have nothing to do with the murder of his ex-girlfriend.

So according to Trey someone like Brian Nichols, murderer of several in one day starting at the Atlanta courthouse, seen by many as the murderer, should just be held as innocent until proven guilty? Sometimes the obvious outweighs the games we place in the judicial system.

He is guilty and if you haven't already checked out the circumstances (I'll assume you haven't) they you will eventually hear the evidence. Besides, he expressed a desire to kill himself - why should the government against his wishes? Yield!

Make up your mind! Is your post about Carl Roland or Brian Nichols? Do the police possess footage of Roland killing his ex-girlfriend?

I'm still waiting for you to post the undeniable footage of Roland murdering his ex-girlfriend. What's taking you so long?
