Yo Gringo, What's Yours Is Mine Mutha!

I lived in California in 1994. I voted for proposition 187, as did 5,000,000 voters. Let's spell that out - FIVE MILLION VOTERS. Yet, all it took was one liberal (female) judge, Judge Mariana Pfaelzer, appointed by Jimmy-the-worse-president Carter, to take away the constitutional rights of the vote of the people of California. The political ideals of judges are so very important.

The concept of Proposition 187 was rather simple, falling into two parts:
All law enforcement agents who suspect that a person who has been arrested is in violation of immigration laws must investigate the detainee's immigration status, and if they find evidence of illegality they must report it to the attorney general of California, and to the federal Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). Local governments are prohibited from doing anything to impair the fulfillment of this requirement. The attorney general must keep records on all such cases and make them available to any other government entity that wishes to inspect them.

No one may receive public benefits until they have proven their legal right to reside in the country. If anyone applies for benefits and is suspected by government agents of being illegal, those agents must report in writing to the enforcement authorities. Emergency medical care is exempted as required by federal law but all other medical benefits have the same test as above. Primary and secondary education is explicitly included.
And this little excerpt from history:
In a transparent effort to appease ethnic interest groups, newly elected California Governor Gray Davis has used a blatantly rigged legal maneuver to overturn the will of 5 million California voters and kill Proposition 187, the law that banned state funded non-emergency benefits for illegal aliens.
You remember Governor Gray Davis I'm sure. He's that same liberal Governor that the people ousted and replaced with Arnold Schwarzenegger. He's the same liberal Governor that, just prior to his ousting, signed a bill that allowed illegal Mexicans to obtain a California Driver's license (subsequently overturned by Schwarzenegger.

Whatever laws are passed we must insure we replace liberal judges with sound, conservative judges. Judges that respect and honor the will of the people and do not impose their own liberal agenda of a borderless nation via a misuse of the bench.
