    Heap Big Clever Thundercloud

The name Malcolm L. Webber sounds like maybe someone that might be your neighbor right? Mr. Webber has another name: Grand Council Chief Thundercloud IV - self-declared chief of the non-existent Kaweah Indian Nation. Seems like the chief was getting some big wampum by selling more than 10,000 tribal memberships to illegal aliens for prices starting at $50 and going as high as $1,200.

FBI and Wichita police busted him.

I really feel sorry for the American Indian. To this day they are enslaved by BIG GOVERNMENT. They are citizens yet are treated as if they are lepers and given specific areas as leper colonies. They can vote, but they don't enjoy the freedoms of other Americans. They are stigmatized and stereotyped as a drunken group of people that don't want to help themselves. Such stigmata is the fault of BIG GOVERNMENT that for years has violated the Constitution.

They did get a raise in recognition in a way. Back in the early 1900's the "Indian Head" nickel was introduced. Introduced this year was H.R.2358 - the Native American $1 Coin Act:
To require the Secretary of the Treasury to mint and issue coins in commemoration of Native Americans and the important contributions made by Indian tribes and individual Native Americans to the development of the United States and the history of the United States, and for other purposes.
Big deal - like who uses dollar coins in the USA anyway?

Indians don't enjoy freedom even with "their land". Indians are restricted and require an act of congress to authorize various land uses (see current H.R.2863, H.R.2952). They have special labor laws (H.R.3413) and BIG GOVERNMENT even wants to dictate how much blood is required to really be "Indian" (H.R.1696).

American Indians are the only citizens that BIG GOVERNMENT has treaties with. I believe these treaties are unconstitutional. They are in direct conflict with equality of the citizenry.

    Some solutions:
    • Remove all treaties since they are unconstitutional
    • Give the Indians the land and let them divide it among themselves, to do whatever they wish without BIG GOVERNMENT intervention or permission
    • Allow Indians to be equal with the rest of Americans - from paying taxes to enjoying the opportunities of freedom
    • Stop all policies of isolation and confinement of all Indians
    • Allow them to keep their casinos and pay into the infrastructure just like everyone else
Indians will never enjoy real equality until they are truly equal with the rest of America.
