Child Rape Ruled Not Cruel Or Unusual

Yet another sign this country is gravely sick. The US Supreme Court liberals have ruled that the State of Louisiana cannot execute 43 year old Patrick Kennedy for raping his 8 year old stepdaughter in her own bed. The attack caused internal injuries and bleeding in the little innocent girl.

In a 5-4 vote, the court said the law allowing the death penalty to be imposed in cases of child rape violates the Constitution's ban on cruel and unusual punishment.

Adults that rape little children are now protected by a sick judicial system. The liberal judges have ruled this horror was not cruel enough. The liberal judges have ruled this horror was not unusual enough to justify execution. The liberal judges have ruled raping and violence upon little children is not worth executing the criminal.

The death penalty is not a proportional punishment for the rape of a child

Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote for the court. His four liberal colleagues joined him, while the four more conservative justices dissented.

Again, liberal judges protect the criminal and not the victim or future victims. Child rapists will now know as long as they don't kill the child in the process they are free to rape as many little children as they want. They know they will go to jail but now they know their right to rape is protected by the court and will never get the death penalty.

The social sick liberals, including Mike Farrell, over at Death Penalty Focus are probably going to party this weekend.

Think I'll start reconsidering potential benefits of Sharia Law . . .

There's Beauty In Death

William Earl Lynd shot his live-in girlfriend, Ginger Moore, in 1988 while the two were high on Valium, marijuana and alcohol. Lynd shot Moore in the face, then shot her again when she crawled from the house to the porch.
He loaded her body into the trunk of her car and then, after hearing a noise from the trunk, shot her a third time. After burying her, he drove to Ohio, where he shot and killed another woman.
A medical examiner had testified that Moore was alive when Lynd put her in the trunk.

William Earl Lynd was executed last night at 7:51 p.m. - never to threaten another person; never to kill another person - gone - dead - forever. No chance for parole, no worry about escape. You're dead you murdering scumbag.

In this I see one less scumbag in the world and the world just a tiny bit more beautiful.

There's Safety In Tits

A few months before Emil Matasareanu and Larry Phillips committed their infamous North Hollywood bank robbery they were imprisoned for various charges from weapons possession to false impersonation. During their stay they intentionally used the physical fitness center, pumped iron, and built up their strength in order to carry their load of assault weapons, thousands of rounds of ammunition, and the body armor they would wear. Muscled-up thanks to a liberal prison system and tax payer's money.

Throughout the decades the prison system has morphed itself into liberal camps of compassion, totally void of the punitive purpose they were intended for. If up to me only criminals that are violent and those that violate property (robbery, theft, etc.) would be incarcerated. All exercise equipment would be removed - donated to schools. Instead of building up frustrations, testosterone, and muscle I would have estrogen mixed with all of the prisoner's food. I would reduce the aggression of the offenders and turn their muscles into flab. They would lose their desires for violence.

I would replace metal workshops with cross-stitch sessions. Any activity where muscle would be gained or strengthened would be banned and replaced with activities that soothe the soul - not enrage it. All tattoos would be removed as well as all body hair. Transformation from aggressive violent brutes into soft and tender would be the goal. If released they would have no desires to car-jack an innocent person or even do anyone harm. If anything, they would fill out applications for employment at a craft store or a quilt company.

The great liberal experiment in transforming the prison system has failed. Both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama want even more liberal concessions for felons - to restore their voting rights they forfeited and even provide increased tax payer funded education programs while in prison. Liberals continue to transform prison into something worthwhile going to instead of avoiding. Sort of takes away the threats of being a felon huh?

Even this morning the liberal rag AlterNet published an article claiming Mail Is A Fundamental Right - in their usual activist pro-criminal defense and against a new directive in Florida that will only allow postcards and not letters.

Fortunately, the US Supreme Court has ruled has just cleared the way for executions by lethal injection can resume. Liberal activists tried to stop the executions - as usual. Now the court will hear Texas argue death for child rapists. Personally I would love to have all child rapists executed, but alas, liberals love criminals and will take whatever actions possible to make sure they live long lives - never starving, always a roof over their heads, no taxes to worry about, free medical and dental care, fresh laundry, free gym membership, etc.

Friday's Frumps

Well here's another excuse for FAT people to use instead of their own hand-to-mouth action. A study (supposedly) finds a virus may contribute to obesity. Note the title and the use of the word "may".

I've done my own study and can say with certainty that calories don't come from breathing, but they do come from eating more than you expend in physical activity.

The reality of these so-called studies is the goal of labeling obesity as a disease. Once it's a disease then drug companies and hospitals will have revenue streams they can't enjoy now. Hundreds of thousands will be walking into clinics, waddle up to the counter, and say "I'm fat, and I need pills". Government handouts become available to "diseases" than non-diseases. Now go enjoy that buffet.

Michael Vick - Ugly Cowardice Personified

Pictured above is one of America's worse assholes - Michael Vick - animal torturer. Going beyond illegal dog fighting this Democrat scumbag tortured helpless doggies by drowning them as he laughed, smashing their little heads with hammers, electrocution, and the list goes on. There is nothing great about this asshole and he certainly is no role model.

I will never buy anything with a Nike logo until they take a stance and terminate their contract with this scumbag. They have removed items associated with this scum off their website for now, but they still have the contract intact. Nike: Either you endorse animal abusers or you don't - make your choice. I'd advise merchants to dump Nike and push "animal friendly" companies.

I contacted Nike via email, and got an email (boiler plate) reply:

Nike is concerned by the serious and highly disturbing allegations made against Michael Vick, and we consider any cruelty to animals inhumane and abhorrent. We do believe that Michael Vick should be afforded the same due process as any citizen; therefore, we have not terminated our relationship.

Nike chooses to ignore the facts in favor of their bottom line:

1. An April 25 narcotics-related search of Vick's home and property at 1915 Moonlight Drive police discovered a large number of animals, and evidence which they felt indicated dog fighting - 66 dogs, 55 of them pit bulls, and seized equipment and some physical evidence that could be associated with dog fighting. Nike chooses to ignore this in favor of their bottom line.
2. Detectives also seized guns, illegal ammunition magazines, suspected marijuana and paperwork on dog fighting. Nike chooses to ignore this in favor of their bottom line.
3. Documents filed in federal court in Richmond on July 2 and obtained by the Associated Press under the Freedom of Information Act outline an extensive multi-state dog fighting enterprise named "Bad Newz Kennels" which was allegedly operating from the Vick property since at least 2002. Nike chooses to ignore this in favor of their bottom line.
4. On July 17 Michael Vick was indicted by a federal grand jury for "conspiracy to travel in interstate commerce in aid of unlawful activities and to sponsor a dog in animal fighting venture". Nike chooses to ignore this in favor of their bottom line.
5. This is the scum that flipped off Atlanta fans last year. Nike chooses to ignore this in favor of their bottom line.
   

If the NFL ever wants to have a reputation of any decency they will force this asshole out of football - forever. The NFL has to decide if they want a league of scumbags or do they employ sportsmen of quality.

This scumbag has no talent other than being mean, and he should be permanently purged from society. Fined millions with the money going to dog shelters, left broke and homeless.

Saddam Appeals Are Oinked

Saddam tried but failed in his last attempt to appeal his death penalty. Tried and judged by Iraq law, in an Iraq court, by the Iraq judicial system, and given the sentence of death by hanging Saddam is just counting the days.

Every liberal by definition is against the death penalty. Even Ex-General Ramsey Clark, liberal defender of dictator Saddam said that Saddam Hussein's life is in President Bush's hands. I mean, how stupid is this liberal?

President Bush has nothing to do with Iraq law nor their justice system. Personally I think Clark made that statement to betray the United States in the eyes of the world - as if the trial was all America's doing.

Not at all. As a matter of fact Iraqis are volunteering by the hoards to execute Saddam. I really hope it's covered live - it's the best way to make the death penalty a deterrent, not like in the USA where executions are behind closed doors and the convict is gently put to sleep in the same way a beloved pet is put down. I say bring back public hangings!
